We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of customer service principles for the position of Receptionist Staff at Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing daily routine operations
- Meeting customers and managing the sales process
- Receiving payments, recording them in the system, issuing receipts and invoices
- Answering customers' questions regarding hotel policies and services
- Comply with our policies regarding uniform and personal hygiene
- Assisting customers with room and special needs
- Ensuring that the accommodation is presented in a clean and well-maintained manner
- Ensuring company standards for customer service, decor and cleaning services are met
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Good knowledge Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills, proven ability to multitask
- Advanced English
