Roles and Responsibilities:

Procurement:

  • Support procurement team and ensure supply of materials for production
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and appropriate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery time.
  • Prepare purchase order and coordinate with suppliers and timely delivery.

Inventory Management:

  • On day to day basis monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and stock records.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock-in / out quantities and accuracy in ERP system.

Admin Support:

  • Process client’s new order
  • Process and submit month end closing (sales invoices)
  • Monitor export sales movements and key in finished goods inventory in ERP system
  • Organize and maintain proper filing and record system
  • Support logistics documentation / arrangements
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Competencies Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business or equivalent.
  • 1-year working experience in related field; however, fresh grads are welcome to apply.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Tactful, organized and able to multitask
  • Result focused, commitment to excellence and is a team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Buyer/Purchaser: 1 year (Preferred)

  • English (Preferred)
