Admin Assistant (Site Admin Assistant/ Clerk) - Location: Construction's site at Damansara

  • Assist with administrative tasks, including record and compile Delivery Order, workers' wage, electricity usage on site;
  • Maintain organized records and files related to administrative and operations activities;
    Maintenance of archived records. Filing of documents including scanning;
  • Possesses positive work attitude and able to perform multi-tasking;
  • Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing department for material order request;
  • Other responsibilities as delegated by superiors or management.

    Purchasing Assistant (Purchasing) - Location: Bukit Jalil
  • Provide administration service and purchasing support at site office;
  • Assist to prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company or ISO policies and procedures;
  • Follow-up closely on material delivery and logistic arrangement;
  • Assist to monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time;
  • Assist to ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works;

    Contracts Executive (Project based) - Location: JB
  • Assist in all paperwork, i.e. Management Paper, presentation slide, the recommendation for Progress Payment, VO and Final Account etc.
  • Attend site valuation, site meeting, CCM, and any project-related meeting or discussion.
  • Assist in calling quotations and prepare analysis as and when required.
  • Monitor the validity of Performance Bonds, Insurance, Defects Liability Period, and the last date for the Final Defect List under the Contract.
  • Update contractor/supplier database, incl.to assist in pre-qualification exercise for new contractor/supplier.
  • Carry out site measurements as and when necessary.
  • Check material requisition and ensure materials are accurate and within the project budget.
  • Assist in site coordination and site overall delivery.
  • Value completed work and prepare documents for handover purposes.
  • Assist in organizing meetings or discussions as and when required.
  • Understand special and /or ad-hoc assignments and related duties as and when required.

    Warehouse Supervisor - Location: Seri Kembangan
  • To assist Manager to manage daily warehouse operations activities through proactive planning and scheduling; which include goods receiving, storage, distribution and forwarding are performed in an efficient manner;
  • Supervise and control D/O picking, goods in, goods out operation to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage;
  • To ensure proper packaging and defective stock control;
  • Checking of physical quantity, assist in stock take;
  • Maintain cleanliness and security of the warehouse area at all times;
  • Managing Safety Standards in warehouse environment;
  • All other related duties assigned by management from time to time.
