This is our commitment to change lives worldwide.The Executive- Strategic Sourcing will be responsible for managing and optimizing Novugen strategic sourcing and procurement of Pharmaceutical packaging material, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries of materials critical to Novugen’s operating markets. The incumbent should be well versed in areas of pharmaceutical procurement and supply chain deliverables.

About the role

The Executive/Sr. Executive, Customer Service is responsible in managing and optimizing Novugen Customer Service as a supply chain processes, ensuring timely and requirement generation. The incumbent will be well verse in areas of pharmaceutical Customer Service and supply chain planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Request purchase orders from 3PL warehouse for finished goods deliveries.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to forecast demand and plan inventory allocations.
  • Prepare rework instructions for 3PL (IL product/Samples/Tender requirements).
  • Coordinate replenishments as requested by the commercial team or in response to low stock in the market at differ location within MY & Other country.
  • Coordinate branch transfers and stock replenishment activities to maintain adequate inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Facilitate stock conversions from one head to another head as required.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to product availability and delivery schedules.
  • Implement and monitor customer service metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • To generate monthly MIS report for previous' month transaction/activities and summarize for learning and improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all customer service operations.
  • Good relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance service delivery.

About you

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in, Business Management, Logistic, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ related experience from Pharma, FMCG, and Healthcare industries, specifically in Material planning section and MRP.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficient in using systems / software / tools relevant to supply chain management, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry etc
  • Strong intrapreneurial skills and mindset from start up to established organization
  • Versatile and resilient, ability to stay positive in ambiguous environments and work towards delivering results work towards delivering results.
