F&B Supervisor

Team Leadership:

• Lead and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective and efficient operations.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.

Operational Management:

• Oversee daily activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Monitor and manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain optimal stock levels.

Customer Service:

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Training and Development:

• Train new staff members and provide ongoing training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Quality Control:

• Maintain quality control measures related to product presentation, service, and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.

Communication:

• Maintain open communication with staff, addressing concerns and providing regular updates.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to ensure seamless coordination.

Problem-Solving:

• Identify and address operational challenges promptly, seeking solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Report issues to higher management as needed.

Sales Support:

• Assist in implementing sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue and achieve business targets.
• Upsell products and promotions to customers when appropriate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
