- Primarily handle inquiries pertaining to orders, shipment & chats for events.
- To meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI) like average handling time, first contact resolution rate, chat response rate, customer satisfaction score and etc
- Communicate with internal stakeholders (logistics, finance)
- To ensure accuracy in information when communicating to customer.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Able to read, write and converse well in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
- 8.30am - 1pm (Saturday)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
