Job Title: Financial Controller / Group Accountant.

We are looking for an experienced FC/Group Accountant to join a leading organization in the property and construction industry. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate financial management and reporting, while working closely with the CFO to lead a team of five professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage monthly management and statutory reports and oversee accounts closing for various projects.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, and consolidated financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, tax, audit, and treasury regulations.
  • Review and improve internal controls and processes to meet organizational needs.
  • Assist with quarterly forecasts and annual budget preparations.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as required by the CFO.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; CPA/ACCA preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong background in property or construction industries.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
