Ensure that Branch's Operation covering customer service and cashiering run smoothly and comply with Company's policies, procedures and regulatory by working closely with the various parties including agency force & process owners of Life Operations at Head Office so as to deliver prompt, reliable & quality services to policyholders and agents


Ensure all transaction are compliance with the Turn Around Time
Provide administrative and sales support to marketing personnel in managing agency force

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform Financial and Non-Financial alterations – Customer Service
  • Follow-up with agents and HO on pending cases
  • Handle inquiries from call-in/walk-in customer and agency force related to policy servicing matters
  • Handle various customer service tasks, for instance claims, upgrade/downgrade policy benefits & submit documents to HO
  • Scrutinize the proposal forms and perform data entry at branch level
  • Relief cashier to collect premium payments and print Official Receipts for both walked-in clients and agents
  • Prepare Day End Balancing, print and check reports for collection batches, prepare cheque’s bank-in slip, cash casting slip
  • To be cross trained in any operational functions from time to time in order to be versatile in the operations work of the branch
  • Undertake other work/duties as an when required

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Executive specializing in Branch Operations or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
