Key Responsibilities:
- A customer service representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for any customer who has a question or any issue with product or service the company sells.
- Responsibilities like answering inbound phone calls , addressing customer question about product and service , payment , processing invoice and etc.
- Manage large amount of calling customer/incoming phone call
- Build sustainable relationship and trust with customer
- Provide valid and complete information about service/product by using the right methods/ tools
- Handle customer complaint, provide appreciate solution and alternative within the time line/follow up to ensure resolution
- Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Confident at troubleshooting and investigate if don’t have enough information to answer customer question or resolve complaints.
Job Recruitments:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
