E-commerce Specialist
About Us:
Join our dynamic team and be part of a growing company! We are looking for an experienced and dedicated **E-commerce Supervisor** to manage our online shopping platforms and drive our e-commerce operations to the next level.
Job Summary:
The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our online shopping platforms, ensuring smooth customer transactions, managing product listings, and collaborating with various departments to optimize the e-commerce business. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership and problem-solving skills to ensure the online platforms run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, company website, etc.).
- Monitor product listings, pricing, and promotions to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to plan and execute online sales strategies, campaigns, and product launches.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and guide the e-commerce team to meet operational targets and deadlines.
- Coordinate with customer service teams to ensure timely response to customer inquiries, complaints, and refunds.
- Manage inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse/fulfillment team to ensure product availability and order fulfillment.
- Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, competitor activity, and market changes to identify growth opportunities.
- Assist in implementing SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and sales.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, security protocols, and compliance with relevant e-commerce laws and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an E-commerce Supervisor or similar role managing online platforms.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, etc.).
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies, SEO, SEM, and digital advertising.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, fulfillment, customer service) to drive e-commerce success.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
