Operate overall machinery in productivity and efficiency manner to ensure production on time and in full based on monthly target. 2. Setting up, monitor and control production output efficiency in both Water Pipe Machine. 3. Monitor and control water pipe quality at Water Pipe Machine to reduce the defect rate. 4. Monitor and control consumable and coil yield for the production line. 5. Train and supervises the work of employees on water pipe technology, provides clear instructions and explanations to employees when giving assignments, schedules and assigns work among employees for maximum efficiency, monitor employees performance in order to achieve assigned objectives. 6. Maintains accurate record and documents actions, processes paper work on a timely basis, and with close attention to details, documents important aspects of decision and actions and assist production to establish proper work instruction and production procedures. 7. Conduct plan audit. 8. Provide Troubleshooting and handling water pipe machine in well conditions and knowledge transfer to local staffs. 9. Provide technical expertise to support the application, pipe size, thickness and spacing to meet project requirements. 10. Provide retaining calculations, calibrations and vertical load capacity for pipes and real-time troubleshooting, repair and calibration to production equipment with minimum breakdown
