BASIC FUNCTION

Carryout overall inspection and testing activities including monitoring, reporting and testing.
Performs a wide variety of duties including coordinate with subordinate in the routine inspection and testing, establish and control of document and calibration system.
Assists Quality Executive in day to day quality controls functions and activities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist Executive achieves quality objectives.
Update & report the Daily inspection routine, testing activities & production progress & products findings to Quality Executive.
Conduct and attend weekly quality meeting & product development meeting
Monitor the Non-conformance product progress / disposition.
Assists in complex testing and inspection activities and day to day problems and ensure procedures are adequate and are being followed.
Participate in internal project such as product training, yearly stock counting, housekeeping & etc.
Report the non-conformance product, QI efficiency, QI difficulties, lack of equipment, equipment damage and etc to QC executive.
Perform any other duties as instructed by Management as and when required.

QUALIFICATION

Min SPM or at least 2 years and above of quality related working experience.
Two years experience in manufacturing field as quality inspector or technical support experience.
Ability to work under minimum supervision.
Self motivated & able to work independently.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English
Proficient in MS office software
Pleasant, self driven, approachable, motivated, good working attitude.
General office environment. Stresses occur frequently
