Key Responsibilities:

Client Support: Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
Account Management: Support the Account Manager in monitoring account performance and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Data Analysis: Analyze logistics data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing client operations.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, key metrics, and performance trends.
Collaboration: Work closely with operations, sales, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and communication.
Documentation: Assist in the preparation of contracts, proposals, and other account-related documentation.
Project Coordination: Support the execution of logistics projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in account management or customer service, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM software.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: RM4,059.85 - RM9,078.81 per month
