1.Contract Management:
Draft, evaluate, negotiate, and execute contracts throughout all phases of business development and execution.
2.Contractual Expertise:
Possess strong knowledge of pricing/rates, contract conditions, preparation of Bills of Quantities, subcontractor payments, joint measurement for claims, variation orders (VO), and extensions of time (EOT).
3.Advisory Services:
Provide legal and contractual advice on all company-related matters, including claims, arbitration, and commercial requirements.
4.Contract Lifecycle Management:
Monitor and manage the completion, extension, or amendment of contracts, ensuring smooth contract close-out.
5.Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of all contract/legal-related correspondence and documentation.
6.Legal Issue Management:
Handle all legal matters for the company and liaise with HQ and corporate legal personnel.
7.Compliance and Risk:
Ensure all compliance and risk-related issues are managed in accordance with current operating requirements.
8.Subcontract Agreements:
Prepare subcontract agreements, work orders, and purchase orders.
9.Claims and Final Accounts:
Prepare claims and manage the final account settlement.
