JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 – 5 years years of recruitment.
- Ability to analyse recruitment data and metrics to optimise recruitment strategies and improve hiring processes.
- Significant experience in recruitment, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the retail and food & beverage (F&B) industries.
- Ability to analyse recruitment data and metrics to optimise recruitment strategies and improve hiring processes.
- Strong understanding of the retail and F&B industries, including knowledge of industry-specific trends, challenges, and recruitment practices.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and ethical standards throughout the recruitment process.
- Age group 26 up to 35 years old.
- Malaysian citizen.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Proven track record in sourcing and attracting top talent within the retail and F&B sectors.
· Experience in utilising various recruitment channels and techniques, including job portals, social media, networking, campus recruitment, and industry events.
· Proficiency in conducting interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
· Understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
