Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Create Product Price Tags: Conceptualize and design visually appealing price tags for our products, aligning with the brand's aesthetic and current promotional strategies.
- Concept to Production: Take ownership of projects from initial design concepts to final print production, ensuring all materials meet the highest standards of quality.
- Printing & Production: Manage the entire printing process, including selecting appropriate materials and liaising with external vendors or using in-house printing equipment.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look across the store.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Generate innovative design solutions that engage customers and boost product visibility.
- Time Management: Meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and retail teams to support store-wide promotional campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual Merchandiser.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of printing processes and experience preparing files for print.
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, with the ability to think outside the box and adapt quickly to changes.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in retail or visual merchandising design.
- Knowledge of in-store marketing trends and customer engagement techniques.
- Ability to multitask and manage various projects efficiently.
