We are a boutique aesthetics clinic located in Bangsar, looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive to support our digital marketing and customer service. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, working to promote our products, services and public image. Responsibilities include contributing creative ideas to marketing campaigns, creating and posting content on the company’s social media pages. The candidate must be able to work solo and independently, meet deadlines, and contribute positively to the workplace.
- Contribute ideas to marketing campaigns, monitor progress, and analyze performance
- Create posting for social media focusing beauty content
- Managing influencers and monitor postings made by the influencers in respect of our clinic
- replying emails and whatsapp messages
- Manage social media presence by creating, scheduling, and monitoring posts, engaging with followers, and responding to inquiries.
- Conduct research to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition.
- Track and measure campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations.
- Perform other duties as required.
Job Requirement
- Diploma or Degree majoring in Mass Communications/Broadcast Communication
- Excellent in English (written and verbal)
- Proficient in managing platforms like Facebook, Instagram
- Writing, design, and creating content skills.
- Understanding of basic design principles to create visually appealing content
- Strong organizational, planning and time-management abilities.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- Organized, dependable and detail oriented
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine interest and enthusiasm for the Beauty industry.
- Multilingual skills would be an advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
