  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1) To assist the contract manager with pre and post-contract

2) Taking off quantity, measurement, calculation of project costing, budget, and computation of BQ. Prepare monthly progress claim, sub-contractor's payment certificate, VO evaluation, and project final account. Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, and clients.

3) To prepare and call for quotations.

4) Taking project photos and preparing project reports for meetings, monitoring AI/EI for claims.

5) Attend Site Meeting

6) To perform any other related duties that management may require from time to time

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
  • Fresh Graduates encourage to apply.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Must be confident with written and spoken in English and Bahasa Melayu.
