We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR and Admin Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources & Admin practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with experience in handling a wide range of HR and admin responsibilities.

You will play an important role to:

  • Oversee HR functions including manpower sourcing, payroll administration, training & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, management of foreign workers’ matters.
  • Develop HR objectives, strategies, and plans aligned with the company’s overall direction.
  • Review and enhance HR and Admin work processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with evolving company requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including periodic payroll audits to maintain consistency and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain personnel policies, policy manuals, and employee handbooks.
  • Implement performance assessment and administrative policies, ensuring that staff objectives and KPIs are clearly defined and regularly reviewed.
  • Overseeing the Office Management Function, manage office equipment maintenance and ensure all facilities are functional and meets security requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide timely and effective administrative support.
  • Manage and mentor HR administrative staff, including providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with a focus on staff claims, payroll, and employee relations.
