Responsibilities:- Contact potential clients through social media, email marketing, online chat, etc., to promote the company’s trading products.
- Understand customer needs, provide personalized trading advice and product recommendations to drive sales.
- Manage client relationships, follow up promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and continued cooperation.
- Track and analyze sales data, develop effective sales strategies to improve performance.
- Actively participate in setting and achieving sales targets to ensure sales objectives are met.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies, enhancing market penetration.
Requirements:- At least 1-2 years of experience in product sales or a related field.
- Proficient in using social media, CRM systems, and email marketing tools.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Strong sales goal orientation, competitive spirit, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
