  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibility

Productivity And Output

  • Plan to allocate and identified the required resources to meet the planned volume, schedule and yield.
  • Monitor performance indicators on efficiency, effectiveness and utilization.
  • Implement improvement plans to meet the performance indicators.
  • Responsible to provide visible and real time indicators to help the operation to meet the expected performance.
  • Generate record system to effectively optimize production capacity and identify areas for improvements.
  • Provide timely production and other performance indicators reports to the superior as required.
  • Co-ordinate and supervise the different shifts supervision to ensure consistency and maximum utilization of resources.

Quality

  • Overall responsible to ensure the operation and output meet the quality requirements and objective.
  • Make necessary corrections to the operations or operators to correct any quality problem seen.
  • Responsible to shut down the operation and react immediately to rectify causes when encounter recurring quality issue.
  • Built in quality on the line by exercising leadership and commitment to quality.
  • Real time review of the quality indicator and take immediate corrective action rectify the situation.
  • Perform internal quality audit to ensure operations compliance to specifications.

Environment

  • Ensure that supervisors and operators are appropriately trained to carry out their daily activities that may create a significant impact to the environment.
  • Ensure that any waste and rejected parts are properly stored and scrap.
  • Ensure that all direct materials and indirect materials are stored in proper location and condition.
  • Highlight to superior any environment impact activities in the company that may occurred.

Housekeeping - / Safety

  • Ensure good housekeeping at all times.
  • Ensure safety requirements are compiled by all personnel in the area and elevate safety concerns immediately to the safety officer or superior for immediate attention.

Others

  • Participate in company wide activities.
  • Interface with all levels in the organization to provide the necessary information and actions required.
  • Presentation of performance data in the operation meeting.
  • Estimate labour, material and machining requirements to determine production schedules.
  • Monitor work in progress and analyze production schedules & material usage to determine the ability to meet the programmers.
  • Interface with the production, quality assurance and maintenance section on a regular basis for the inputs required.
  • Continuously plan to improve work environment methods, effectiveness and resource utilization and critically review and monitor operating results.
  • Supervise and manage the planning section.

Other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the Company from time to time

Job Competency

  • Understanding of customer specific requirement, ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949, local legal and core tool requirement.
  • Minimum Diploma and above, and / or minimum 1 year working experience in related field.
  • Possess knowledge in planning, line balancing and basic supervisory skills.
  • Knowledge in computer skills, Microsoft Exel, Words & Power Point and others.
  • Minimum training requirement as specified in Employee Training Matrix & on-Job-Training (OJT). Other External Training relevant to job to be defined by superior during the Yearly Training Review.
  • Understanding of automotive process approach for auditing, how to plan, conduct, report & close audit findings.
