DOO you have what it takes?
What you’ll be working on:
- Conduct engaging training sessions on trading industry concepts, market trends, and platform usage.
- Utilize various presentation tools and techniques to simplify complex topics for sales team.
- Create, update, and enhance training materials, including manuals, guides, and e-learning content, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
- Assess and improve training methods to stay aligned with industry advancements and technological changes.
- Stay informed about trading industry developments, terminology, and practices to provide current and accurate training.
- Adapt training content to reflect changing market conditions and emerging technologies.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure a cohesive training strategy.
- Foster strong communication channels to gather feedback and improve training initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- With a solid understanding of the trading industry, market trends, and trading platforms.
- Familiarity with industry terminology and practices is essential.
- Must be able to quickly grasp new concepts, tools, and updates in the trading industry.
- Needs to adapt to changing technologies and market conditions.
- Good presentation skills should be able to deliver engaging and clear presentations.
- Experience in creating and enhancing training materials like manuals, guides, and e-learning content.
- Able to assess and update training methods to ensure they stay relevant and effective.
- Proficiency in using training tools and software, such as video conferencing tools, and interactive platforms.
- Capable of managing virtual classrooms and engaging participants interactively.
- Skills in troubleshooting issues and adapting training approaches as needed.
- Ability to plan and coordinate training schedules and resources efficiently.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, time management skills to handle multiple training initiatives.
- Previous experience in trading or financial services training is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in training, coaching, or financial markets are beneficial.
