Position Overview:

This role focuses on driving sales and fostering business development for Sunway MediSpa. You'll collaborate with corporate partners and sales agents to expand our market presence, align with financial goals, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our tranquil oasis of wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that reflect the innovative offerings of Sunway MediSpa, such as Indiba Deep Care and our holistic wellness services.
  • Identify new market opportunities and work to increase sales within the sustainable luxury and wellness sectors.
  • Represent Sunway MediSpa at industry events, exhibitions, and within the community, showcasing our unique blend of anti-aging and cellular rejuvenation services.
  • Conduct sales calls, site visits, and FAM trips to introduce potential clients to our luxurious and sustainable environment.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure cohesive strategies and successful campaigns that highlight our commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN-SDGs) and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles.

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in sales, business development, or related fields, ideally within the wellness or luxury sectors.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and align sales strategies with broader business goals.
  • Experience in representing organizations at high-profile events and a keen understanding of sustainable luxury and wellness trends.
  • Proficiency in sales reporting and market analysis, with a quick and effective response to business leads.
