Responsibilities:
• Sales Order Management
o Maintain material master for order entry.
o Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth transactions for sales order processing to meet SLAs set.
o Ensure purchase requisitions are released in a timely and accurate manner to meet customers’ expectations.
o Generate sales orders report to monitor sales orders outstanding.
• Schedule Delivery
o Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure goods are scheduled accordingly and delivered to customers within the stipulated time frame.
• Inventory Control
o Generate stock reports to monitor inventory levels and clear stocks to minimize inventory holding costs.
o Managing stock transactions and monitoring inventories’ movements to ensure all items are properly tracked with no discrepancies.
• Others
o Timely response to inquiries, issues, complaints pertaining to inventory and sales orders processing.
o Maintain quality output and continuous improvement within the job function.
o Share expertise and job knowledge pertaining to order processing with internal parties to smoothen the process.
Requirements:
• Degree in Business or minimum SPM with 2 - 3 years’ related experience
• Good communication and planning skills coupled with strong business acumen
• An analytical mind with problem solving and coordinating skills
• Good team player
• Trustworthy with the highest integrity
• Willing to work under tight schedules to meet stringent timelines
