Key Responsibilities:

  • Bring Your Bilingual Expertise: Assist with translation, interpretation, and Mandarin-language documentation (proofreading and editing).

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bilingual Mastery: Fluency in both Mandarin (written and spoken) and English (written and spoken) is a must.
  • Experience: Proven experience in an administrative assistant role (or similar) with a knack for office management.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF).
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: You thrive in multitasking, staying organized, and managing your time like a pro.
  • Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
