Responsibilities:
- Compose and prepare correspondences, reports, memorandums, agendas and minutes of meetings.
- Ability to draft letters, memorandums and handle corporate matters
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and business associates.
- Ability to work independently with multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to administer correspondences (internal & external parties.)
- Arrange flights and accommodation for business trips, including coordinating and verifying expenditure claims.
- Perform secretarial and executive-level administrative functions and provide general office management such as screening incoming calls & emails, and handling enquiries and requests when appropriate.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations & organizing internal & external events.
- To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties specified by the management as and when required.
- Work with strict compliance to the Group’s rules & regulations;
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance Diploma or Graduate Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Secretarial or equivalent
- Min 3 years of working experience in the related discipline is required for this position.
- Pleasant personality, tactful and has good interpersonal skills. Able to maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent skill in business letter writing & correspondence
- Able to multitask, resourceful and proactive with a sense of urgency.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Excellent human relations skills
- Well-groomed, pleasant disposition and motivated
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written. Mandarin will be an added advantage
