Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and coachable Sales Consultant to join our top-performing team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in converting leads generated through our popular events and online programs. You will guide prospects through the decision-making process, nurture relationships, and close deals, all while contributing to the success of the top business coaching company in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Engagement & Follow-Up
    • Engage with pre-qualified leads from event attendees and online bookings, building rapport and identifying their needs.
    • Follow up with leads who have missed appointments, re-engaging them and maintaining consistent communication until they are ready to make a purchase.
    • Nurture relationships with leads who are not ready to buy immediately, ensuring they remain engaged and informed about our offerings.

    2. Sales Closing & Objection Handling

    • Use persuasive communication skills to handle objections, guide prospects through the decision-making process, and successfully close sales.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs by converting warm leads into clients.
    • Maintain a high conversion rate, maximizing the potential of each lead.

    3. Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and ongoing satisfaction with our programs.
    • Foster long-term client relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business.

    4. Continuous Learning & Development

    • Actively seek feedback, embrace a coachable mindset, and continually refine your sales techniques to improve performance.
    • Stay updated on the latest coaching programs, industry trends, and best practices to effectively communicate with prospects and clients.

    Job Requirements

    • Proficiency in Multi-language - English (Primary), Malay, Mandarin (will be and added advantage)
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and influence decisions.
    • Coachable with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies.
    • A results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
    • Detail-oriented, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained in all client interactions.
    • Previous experience in sales or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Ideally, candidates should be based in Puchong, Malaysia. However, remote candidates will be considered based on qualifications.
