Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls in a professional manner, sorting and distributing mail, parcels etc.
- Receive visitors or guests and prepare drinks for VIPs
- Ensure reception area and meeting rooms are tidy and presentable
- Record and monitor company items, i.e. Uniforms, stationery and grocery inventory levels
- Arrange and monitor dispatch schedules
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying etc.
- Support HR in tracking workers' attendance records i.e. absent etc.
Requirements:
- Required skill: Microsoft office or with working experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Assistant or similar role
- Minimum SPM
- Able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia
