Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming/outgoing calls in a professional manner, sorting and distributing mail, parcels etc.
  • Receive visitors or guests and prepare drinks for VIPs
  • Ensure reception area and meeting rooms are tidy and presentable
  • Record and monitor company items, i.e. Uniforms, stationery and grocery inventory levels
  • Arrange and monitor dispatch schedules
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying etc.
  • Support HR in tracking workers' attendance records i.e. absent etc.

Requirements:

  • Required skill: Microsoft office or with working experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Assistant or similar role
  • Minimum SPM
  • Able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia

Working Location:

  • HQ- Bukit Jelutong
