As a Maintenance Technician in the bakery industry, you will have dual responsibilities, both as a hands-on technician and as a leader guiding your team. Your primary objective is to ensure the seamless operation of all machinery and equipment within the bakery facility and its supporting outlets, while also overseeing and supporting the work of subordinate technicians.

- Oversee the quality of maintenance work performed by subordinate technicians, conducting inspections, providing feedback, and ensuring adherence to standards.
- Champion a culture of safety within the maintenance team, emphasizing adherence to safety protocols and addressing any safety concerns or incidents.
