  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As a Maintenance Technician in the bakery industry, you will have dual responsibilities, both as a hands-on technician and as a leader guiding your team. Your primary objective is to ensure the seamless operation of all machinery and equipment within the bakery facility and its supporting outlets, while also overseeing and supporting the work of subordinate technicians.

  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities on various bakery equipment, including ovens, mixers, proofers, conveyors, and packaging machinery.
  • Provide direction and support to subordinate maintenance technicians, assigning tasks, coordinating work schedules, and offering technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and coordinate work schedules for the maintenance team, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
  • Assess maintenance requests, prioritize tasks based on urgency and production schedules, and coordinate with other departments to minimize disruptions.
  • Oversee the quality of maintenance work performed by subordinate technicians, conducting inspections, providing feedback, and ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Champion a culture of safety within the maintenance team, emphasizing adherence to safety protocols and addressing any safety concerns or incidents.
