Payroll Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, with at least 3 years of experience in inhouse payroll . You will be responsible for managing and processing payroll for a large number of employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Accurately process payroll for at least 1,000 employees.
• Handle all aspects of payroll including deductions, tax withholdings, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring all employee information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports and filings as required.
• Continuously improve payroll processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience inhouse payroll processing.
• Proven experience in managing payroll for at least 1,000 employees.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
