Description


Primary Objective:
  • Lead, manage and grow total product portfolio e.g Deposit, Wealth, and Asset at respective Group Retail Distribution touchpoints e.g. branches, premier centres, sales hubs/centres
  • Provide analytical insights to plan and grow respective product portfolio sales via Community Banking platform in collaboration with Product/Channel Leads
  • Drive customer acquisition, improve customer retention and customer experience
  • Lead, manage and coach respective regional sales leaders e.g Regional Sales Heads and Branch Managers in achieving sales targets
  • Plan and strategize sales activities and events
  • Support Head, Community Banking & Business Development on Community Banking related initiatives

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement total product portfolio sales strategies and business plan to achieve sales targets
  • Identify business opportunities to grow market share and NTB customers
  • Engage respective Squad Leads in Group Retail Banking for products, propositions, campaigns and budget support
  • Support Agile digital strategy and articulate value of digital and its integration to key distribution leaders in its desired business operating model from perspective of new acquisition, customer experience and innovation.
  • Sales Management
  • Set, review and collaborate with respective regional sales leaders in assigning sales targets to overall regional, branch managers/centre managers, relationship managers
  • Review and track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance to improve regional sales’ productivity
  • Coordinate activities between on-ground distribution and Group Marketing and respective Squad Leads to introduce new campaigns and make decisions to drive campaign objectives
  • Direct and coach the efforts of the respective regional sales leaders on sales performance
  • Operational Compliance
  • Collate and assess sales operations, along with regulatory/compliance requirements, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
  • Community Banking
  • Support Community Banking program initiatives
  • Work in close collaborations with Community Banking pillar and respective cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Digital, MIS/Analytics and Distribution) for channel initiatives roll-out and management

Requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - .
  • Minimum 10-15 years of leadership experience in Retail banking, e.g. business development, sales & marketing, customer relationship management, customer experience, operations, product development, strategy & planning.
  • Leadership experience & coaching skill to manage multi distribution channels and cross-functional team members
  • Knowledgeable/ experienced in overall retail banking’s sales distribution, products, operations, processes & customer experience management.
