  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors;
  • Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals while maintaining quality and food safety standards;
  • Execute purchasing daily operations;
  • Collaborating with logistics partners and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of purchased goods;
  • Maintain supplier invoices/bills, debit notes and credit notes in timely manner;
  • Ensure timely payment processing based on outstanding aging;
  • Continuously develop and improve procurement processes;
  • Ensure all purchasing process documents (Quotation, DO, Invoice & etc.) are properly recorded, traceable, and compliant with FSSC & ISO certification requirements;
  • Responsible to report food safety related problems;
  • To perform any additional task that assigned by Management as and when required.

Requirements

  • Must possess at least Diploma holder and above in any related courses;
  • Preferable 2 to 3 years of working experience in related field;
  • Fluency in Mandarin (both written and oral) is essential for effective communications with China suppliers;
  • Well written and communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Applicants must be willing to wok in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
