  • Handle full spectrum of payroll processing including computing salary, allowances, overtime, medical claim, bonus, statutory deductions and others
  • Conducting payroll transactions in an efficient, accurate & timely manner.
  • To maintain proper employees’ personal files including employees’ leaves, medical claims, record attendance etc. and HR filing system.
  • Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.
  • Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
  • Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.

Job Requirement:-

  • Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Preferably 2 years of working experiences in Payroll, candidate who has experience in handling 1,000 payroll headcounts and above.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel .
  • Excellence analytical skills and sensitive to numbers.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in KL Eco City.
  • Able to start immediately will be an advantage.
