Japan and marketing company for DAIKIN air conditioner (unitary products) and DEWPOINT products in Malaysia. Key Roles:
- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing feedback to Sales Manager.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
- Customer Support: Assist in resolving customer issues and queries, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
- Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma & above.
- Preferably with min. 1 year of working experience but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training are provided..
- Proven experience in promotional activities, preferably in a similar industry or role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
