Job Description
- Achieving the monthly targets. Delivery sales revenue and seek to exceed the targets set by your manager.
- Gather and communicate product and competitive information from the field.
- Identify your customer - Expands business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry and researching and analysing sales options
- Building relationship - Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
- Ensures that CRM is updated and continually maintained for existing and new customers.
- Complies with the credit control procedure of the company.
- Issues quotations, specifications, and keeping records for the same.
- Advise management on sales activity and customer responses.
- Initiate and maintain contact with full variety of clients and prospects.
- Perform product demonstration and presentation.
- Handling customer complaints & site inspection.
- Generating Monthly Sales Reports, forecast and customers’ activity and updating on the sales and collection.
- Performs other related jobs/tasks as required by the HOD/ Management.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies / Administration Management or any related field
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in Plastic industry
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to travel
- Good in time management and responsibilities
