  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist with all Finance and Accounting-related tasks.

- Manage complete sets of management accounts and ensure compliance with regulations

- Responsible for coordinating with external auditors, tax consultants, bankers, creditors, debtors, government authorities, and other relevant parties on financial and accounting matters.

- Perform additional ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by superiors.

- Review and analyze financial outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, system enhancement, and evaluating organizational operations.

- Supervise the company’s accounting and financial operations, including taxation, cash flow management, budgeting, financial analysis, variance analysis, and implementing enhancements.

- Maintain and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide insightful analysis to management.

- Develop, strategize, implement, and enhance accounting and collaborate closely with the finance team to streamline processes and enhance financial efficiency, financial policies and procedures

- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field

- 3 years working experience and above.

- Proven experience in accounting roles

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay

- Proficiency in accounting software SQL and MS Excel for data analysis

- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.

- Detail-oriented mindset with a knack for problem-solving.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
