- Daily account operation, documentary & data entry.
- Manage accounts payable transactions and ensure that all invoices are paid accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of Sales order cycle, issue quotations, invoices and receipts.
- To manage all financial transactions from utilities, bill payments, & monthly expenses claim.
- Dealing with secretary, auditor and tax agent.
- Assist with IRB, EPF and SOCSO audits.
- To manage the filling system and to ensure constant improvement to ensure all account’s record are proper.
- Operate XERO Accounting Software, KAKITANGAN Payroll software and other software for salary calculation, SOCSO, EPF, and PCB.
- Handle payroll and tax-related matters.
- Perform yearly tax processes including E Filling & EA form preparation.
- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- Other administration work like handle incoming and outgoing calls, groceries shopping, office environment management and maintenance of office items.
- Assist employees in planning, organizing, arranging and coordinating employee activities.
- Providing administrative support.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word is required.
- Proficiency in XERO Accounting Software and Payroll system are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in similar position with at least Degree certification is preferred.
- Analytical, resourceful, organized, meticulous, responsible, excellent problem-solving skills and committed to meeting deadlines.
- Able to sensitively manage confidential information.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task effectively.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal (English and Malay - Mandarin will be added advantage).
- Able start work immediately or within short notice period.
