Security Supervisor

• Lead and drive security crew in daily operation to achieve departmental and company goals.
• To impose and enforce Company’s rules, regulation, security standard operating procedures, health and safety practices.
• To uphold and promote safe and healthy working environment in company premises.
• Conduct regular site observation to identify potential risk in company premises, deviation from safety or security standard and provide solutions or security enhancement to management.
• Conduct regular vendor security evaluation and spot check to ensure all activities in premises are in compliance with rules and regulations.
• Lead and guide security crew to handle and report the unusual activities, non-compliance incident or accident and injuries in company premises.
• Monitor and control entrance and exit of visitors, employees, workers and vendors through visitor registration, security check and security escort.
• Assist and conduct fire drills to ensure and raise awareness of evacuation procedures.
• Perform regular security checking on all equipment in company premises such as CCTV, alarm, doors and etc to ensure all equipment is always in working condition.
• Assist employee, contractors or visitor in any possible way when needed.
• Deal with complaints / request that arise during operation in the premises.
• Covers the normal duties of a security Deploys security guards as deem necessary
• To assist in Ad-hoc duty assigned by management.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as Security Supervisor in relevant field is required.
• Strong leadership and good integrity.
• Good in analytical thinking and problem solving. Computer-literate and organized.
• Computer literate - basic (Microsoft Office)
