Description

1. To coordinate and execute marketing activities for Education Division new and existing products and services
2. Develop and maintain content and communications for marketing campaigns, activities and events.
3. Plan and prepare application focused content specifically for publication and sharing across different media channels, including social media posts, email, guides, brochures, newsletters and merchandise.
4. Coordinate requirements for promotional material as defined by the Business Unit Manager.
5. Assist with copywriting, artwork, and web workflow for planned print and digital marketing
communications.
6. Organize and manage events and associated campaigns such as seminars, user groups, marketing events, workshops and conferences.
7. Support the Business Unit Manager and General Education team by coordinating and collating content to support campaigns.
8. Execute marketing and event campaigns as defined by the Business Unit Manager.
9. Drive campaigns through various communication systems and tools.
10. Assist with the maintenance of the CRM system and marketing automation tools such as On pay and Facebook Business Manager
11. Maintain up to date archives of all marketing files.
Assist with content management upkeep including shared drives and content libraries.
Attend domestic and international trade fairs, satellite events, conferences and functions to promote Education Division products as required.
12. Post marketing updates through internal communication channels.
13. Evaluate ideas for marketing projects to assess feasibility and requirements in conjunction with the Business Unit Manager.
14. Plan and implement social media and social proof campaigns for specific marketing goals.
15. Research relevant sources for content, such as scientific publications, industry media and social media outlets.
16. Keep up to date with best practices in writing for the web and social media.
17. Keep up to date with industry specific trends and activities that are utilized to communicate with customers.
18. Carry out other related tasks as required.

Requirement
1. Minimum 2 years experience in Digital Marketing or/and Business Development or has diploma or higher in Marketing or equivalent.
2. At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Strong writing /editing/ proofreading skills in English
4. Ability to write in a wide range of tone and manner according to client's industry
5. Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
6. Mature personality with good interpersonal skills, able to interact with people of all levels and professionals.
7. Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
8. Able to think out of the box, identify problems and/or potential problems, gather relevant data and come to reasonable conclusions.
9. Creative, self-motivated and goals driven.
10. Good team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
11. Possess own transport.
12. Willing to travel
13. Willing to work long hours, on weekends and public holidays.
14. Bonus: Graphic Design skills (Ai, Ps, Video Editing)
