Job Description:

SOP Development:

Create comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of the DLEx, including visitor management, event coordination, and daily operations.

Manual Creation:

Develop a detailed operations manual to guide staff and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Process Mapping:

Analyse current processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and visitor experience. Work closely with different departments (Supply Chain, Corporate Affairs, HR, and Marketing) to ensure the SOPs and manual are comprehensive and practical.

Training Support:

Assist in creating training materials to ensure all employees are well-versed in the new SOPs and manual.

Marketing and Promotion:

Propose effective marketing and promotional strategies for DLEx.

Job Requirement:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing or any other relevant fields.
  • Demonstrated interest or foundational knowledge in marketing, promotion, and event management.
  • Good knowledge and interest in social media platforms, with an understanding of how to leverage them for marketing and promotional activities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade stakeholders at various levels within the organisation.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Canva.
  • A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
