Job Descriptions
- Collaborating with the Payment team on payment monitoring, vendor invoice validation, and document safekeeping.
- Preparation and distribution of electronic tax receipts to clients, ensuring compliance with the requirements of each country.
- Collating accounting documents, including vendor invoices, billings, proof of payments, customer invoices, etc and forwarding them to local accountants.
- Preparation of withholding tax certificates and forwarding the same to vendors.
- Tracking of creditable withholding tax certificates issued by clients and ensuring their completeness.
- Monitoring the projects and tasks calendar, and coordinating with the team to prevent any missed deadlines.
- Providing support to superiors in reconciliation of various financial information
- Ensuring smooth communication with other internal departments and external BPOs and other institutions, and other as requested by your supervisor
- Doing ad hoc admin tasks as requested by your supervisors
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting.
- Alternatively, you have recently completed college and are seeking your first job in your chosen field of study.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.
