Accounts Payable Clerk

BHD Overview: DB LOGISTICS is seeking a motivated Account professional to manage client accounts and support our logistics operations. This role involves maintaining client relationships, ensuring service delivery, and contributing to business growth. Key Responsibilities: *Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. *Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. *Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. *Prepare and present account performance reports to clients and management. *Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly. *Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities. *Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications: *Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business, or a related field. *2-5 years of experience in account management or customer service. *Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is a plus. *Knowledge of Smart GEP or other related accounting systems is preferred. *Professional certification in Sales or Account Management preferred. Skills: *Strong understanding of account management and client relations. *Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. *Ability to analyze client needs and provide effective solutions.
