Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide outstanding customer service to clients through email, phone and / or live chat pertaining to services, product and issues arise • Focus on delivering on key results first time resolution, efficiency, quality metrics and customer satisfaction. • Providing feedback to supervisor / team leader on clients’ needs and enquiries • Maintains customer records by updating account information. • Data entry of enquiry results in the system • Proactively develop innovative ideas to drive process, product and support improvements Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a tertiary qualification from an institution of higher learning (in any field) • Willing to work in overseas (based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position, however fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided • Well converse in English and Thai / Vietnamese language, both verbal and written. • Able to work on rotational shift for customer service support • Requires minimal 50 wpm typing speed • Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows
