KEY ACCOUNT ASSISTANT MANAGER

Play the role of a sales/business professional trained in assigned account management Grow company's business with designated accounts by managing both top and bottom lines. Assume a lead role in all company activities for assigned accounts. Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships with key decision-makers to position company as the preferred supplier. Develop, communicate, and implement strategic Account Development Plans (ADPs), sales forecasts, and budgets for key accounts, ensuring clear KPIs. Manage the project pipeline, focusing on both quality and quantity, to achieve growth plans and secure new project wins. Defend base business in key markets while expanding customer portfolios through effective stakeholder management. Negotiate pricing agreements within established guidelines and manage aspects such as credit, pricing, and rebates for key accounts.
