Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles. Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs, job requirements, and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Candidate Sourcing: Use various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals, and networking) to source qualified candidates. Screening & Interviewing: Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, cultural fit, and alignment with client requirements. Job Posting & Advertising: Create and manage job advertisements to attract top talent. Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future client needs. Offer Management: Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process, including compensation discussions, offer letters, and onboarding. Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends, industry knowledge, and local market data to provide clients with insights and recommendations. Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular reports and updates to clients and management on recruitment metrics, progress, and challenges. Language Requirement : English & Burmese Speaking is a MUST
