1. Conduct efficient and effective local marketing research in assigned areas especially on demand of product users, sales / marketing activities and on state of business in targeted market, to determine existing and new market needs and growth potential and to develop top current and potential markets for the company’s product and feedback to Marketing Manager / Management. 2. Monitor and analyze local market information about competitors' activities as well as trends in MDF / furniture industry which include planning, monitoring and developing new products sales. This includes analyzing sales performance, to perform marketing strategies to achieve product growth, planning and implementing integrated marketing promotion to achieve sales target. 3. Implement and coordinate the Company’s policies on marketing and export sales with a view to maximize market share / profitability of the products. This includes monitoring for local/export sales and development of promotions, pricing policies and strategies to meet the Company’s marketing goods. 4. Provide customer visits to Dongwha customers, end-users and agents to ensure excellent customer and marketing services deliverable, as well as to provide feedback and report to the Marketing Manager / Management from time-to-time. This includes maintaining excellent customer networking / partnership and public relations to enhance Company image and branding in both local / international market. 5. To handle customers from end-to-end by providing excellent services to their requirements, product information, stocks and order status, shipments status and pricing negotiation. 6. Maintain and update customers’ database and prospect file as well as keep the market feedback up-to-date. 7. Liaise with agents or customers on daily sales activities which includes promptly respond to all MDF product enquiries by preparing and deliver quotations. 8. To monitor and process all incoming orders of the products which includes managing stocks at the finished goods store in conjunction with the delivering/shipping section to achieve monthly sales target. This as well includes liaising with the Production team on meeting customers’ special needs such as certain thicknesses and panel sizes. Acquire a comprehensive technical knowledge on the Company’s product to better serve and understand the needs of customers. 9. Thoroughly check all document/invoices before product delivering and to ensure receiving letters of payment/credit for local sales. 10. Follow-up shipment delivery status and update customer accordingly to ensure meet customers’ requirements on requested shipments schedule, special request, etc. This includes to ensure the payment terms and process target are met ie. Payment negotiation, commissions’ payment, etc.
