Internship Available: HR Intern (Taman Molek, JB)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment task (job posting, managing job portals, proactive sourcing, CV & phone screening shortlisting, scheduling and conducting interviews and etc).
- Update employee profile in system & maintain the employee personal file.
- Provide general administrative support (filling, data entry and scan documents).
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent student.
- Possess own transport.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.
- Good in computer applications (Microsoft Words, Excel).
Job Types: Freelance, Internship
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
