Internship Available: HR Intern (Taman Molek, JB)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment task (job posting, managing job portals, proactive sourcing, CV & phone screening shortlisting, scheduling and conducting interviews and etc).
  • Update employee profile in system & maintain the employee personal file.
  • Provide general administrative support (filling, data entry and scan documents).
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent student.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Good in computer applications (Microsoft Words, Excel).

Job Types: Freelance, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
