PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION

· You are responsible for taking care of various functions performed in the organization.

· You will manages, train and increases the efficiency of the systems of support such as the human resource working for the organization, Operation department, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Maintain high quality products by ensuring compliance with all operations procedures.

· Ensure that all branches under your supervision are able to achieve SGSB objectives as per planned by reviewing & Monitoring Labor planning, scheduling and utilization.

· Enforce & support all training & development plans for all staff under your supervision as per company’s policy.

· You also will make sure that the people appointed for the job of operations are well qualified for the job and should be enthusiastic and not lethargic.

· Monitor Labor by analyzing store reports, labor scheduling, Labor productivity.

· Ensure understanding of security procedures in all store under your supervision.

· Investigate any labor problems in your area refers the hot issues to chain management for legal actions.

· Could be assigned for extra assignments.

· Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.

· Ensure that all reporting & control procedures in the operations, customer service, quality of production, Hygiene & Cleanliness standards, Maintenance & general administration are completed & in place according to company’s policy & chain operation manual.

· To manage the daily restaurant operations in order to achieve the company quality, policy and objectives.

· Plan, set the sales budget and target.

· To ensure the quality, services and cleanliness of outlet under his supervision.

· Control and manage the profit.

· Motivate and supervise the operations team.

· Handling complaints from customers.

· High frequency store visit schedule to ensure consistent, high quality execution of the food service offer.

· Assisting to identify and solve operational problems in the new food offer program to develop food program for smooth scaled roll out.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
