• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times • Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a copy machine and a computer • Assist in handling meeting room booking • Office touring, workdesk & stationery preparation for new hires • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail • Liaise with copy/printer machine person in charge for machine issues • Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received • Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed • Liaise with vendor/supplier for merchandise restock • Maintain the general office filing system • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries • Scan visitors temperature, record and remind SOPs to all visitors before direct them to meet the staff for meetings or etc • Punctual, observe the working hours and maintain good attendance.
