Job Summary :

Perform routine secretarial and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.

Job Description :

  • Provide and handle all secretarial and administrative duties including prepare internal and external correspondences; letters, memos, minutes of meeting and other document as instructed by the Management.
  • To provide smooth and efficient administration support for all departments to cope with the business needs.
  • Handling visitors, logistic arrangement/correspondence, i.e. air ticket, meeting, hotel, Conference Room usage, etc.
  • Manage and arrange work schedule, travelling arrangement and accommodation.
  • Undertake special ad-hoc assignments as and when needed.

Qualification & Requirement :

  • At least a Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Secretarial / Executive
  • Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • At least 3 years of working experience in secretarial post
